Fruity and fresh but somehow it feels right in January. If you usually don't like Campari, I think this is actually a solid drink to give it a go. I can say that for sure because I don't really like Campari. Served on a big rock with a splash of seltzer.

If you like martinis, you might like this smoky riff on one. Or you might hate it if you aren't a huge mezcal fan. If you don't like martinis, you might love this as an option that isn't all strong gin or olive flavor. Or you might still hate it anyways. I don't really know.

I think this is a really fun one and I hope I have dialed it in perfectly from last time. It's a little sweet, a little bitter, with lots of fun pops. Explicitly not vegan. Served on a skinny rock with a splash of seltzer (last one).

Inspired by Ras Malai, this is maybe the most distinct thing on this menu. It's a confection. It represents its dessert-y roots well. Served up.
